Dr. Ronald E. Ramsey Dr. Ramsey is the Rector of St. John's Episcopal Church in Arlington, MA. He is an Episcopal priest in the Diocese of Massachusetts. He holds a law degree from the Massachusetts School of Law, Andover, MA, and a Doctor of Ministry from Trinity Lutheran Seminary, Columbus, Ohio. He is the author of five books.
